Where are you shipping from ?
Orders will be shipped from our French warehouse.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most EU countries, Monaco, Canada, US, Czechia, Denmark, Belgium, Hungary, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
For any other destination, please reach out to us before placing your order, on contact@bota-care.com.
Processing + delivery time
All orders will be dispatched within 24-48h max. Please note we don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If you placed an order during the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
We offer standard shipping as well as Express Delivery. We will always aim to get the fastest delivery option however please note that since we use external delivery providers, we cannot be liable for any delays coming from those providers.
Please also note we will not refund any orders or shipping cost if the delivery address was incomplete, if the delivery provider was unable to deliver to your address or if our delivery providers faced internal issues.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy provide a refund.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
For order cancellations please contact us at contact@bota-care.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to facilitate your request!
Do I have to pay for return shipping cost?
Yes. Botā will only pay for a return's shipping costs if a product arrived damaged or if we sent you the incorrect product. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
We recommend getting a tracking code for your return so you can follow its arrival back to us. Once a return is submitted, our team will update its status for each different stage. This information will be available to you whenever you check on your return.
