Application

+ Use daily for best results.
+ Apply once or twice a day after shower/bath onto damp skin to the areas that need treating (upper arms, stomach, legs, thighs, bust and hips).
+ Massage in with upward circular movements until completely absorbed.
+ May be layered under Firming Botanical Oil or other bodycare products. Ideal as a post-workout or as a cooling relief for swollen legs, feet and as an aftersun treatment.
